Jordan and his wife pour everything into this gym and you can see it with every detail. The coaches always show up with the best attitude and you can tell throughout the class that they LOVE what they do. They correct techniques right away and make sure the kids are doing it correctly instead of just rushing them thru drills. My sons are actively in 5 sports and I’ve never seen coaching like this. Truly one of a kind.Posted on Dr. Paulie Gavoni Heart & ScienceTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Gym is good vibes and gets you in shape!!Posted on Joshua WatsonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. A boxing and Muay Thai gym with the tagline “beautiful violence” might sound intimidating, right? Probably not the place for a nervous beginner? Maybe too advanced for someone who’s never taken a punch to the face? That’s what I thought too, and I was wrong. Six months ago, I walked in as a complete beginner, and it turned out to be the best decision I could have made. Heavy Hands is an incredible gym filled with thoughtful, passionate, and welcoming people who push each other to improve. There are no egos here, no bullies waiting to pound your face in. Instead, you’ll find a supportive environment where members get fitter, develop real combat skills, and have fun along the way. Whether you are training as a hobby or chasing competition, you’ll find the encouragement and community you need. Coach Jordan is second to none. He treats every member with respect and takes the time to personally correct technique so everyone can grow and improve. Whether you are a seasoned fighter or stepping onto the mats for the first time, you’ll receive the same level of attention and guidance. They also run a Saturday morning class for kids, and my son and daughter count down the days each week. They learn self-defense, but just as important, Coach Jordan teaches them lessons about confidence, perseverance, and character. For me, it’s the best part of my week, and it could be the best part of yours too.Posted on THE JUMP OFF CO “The Jump Off” PRINTSHOPTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. There honestly aren’t enough words to describe what Heavy Hands has become to me. What started out as a cool way to exercise quickly became a group of people I can’t imagine doing life without. Coach Jordan is not only incredible at teaching Muay Thai, but he’s also incredible at building an environment that does so much more than just build physical strength. Every single time I leave the gym, I leave a better person than when I walked in. Stronger in body and mind. The community being built here is irreplaceable and I couldn’t be more proud to be part of the Heavy Hands family. This is my second home.Posted on Rob SmithTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. You can bring young kids, teens, parents, middle-agers, seniors, they all have fun and improve their lives. Jordan and his team are a unit, they're dedicated and fun.
